5. Troubleshooting & Diagnostic Matrix
| Symptom / Question | Root Cause | Exact Remediation Step |
|---|---|---|
| Help Panel (?) does not open when clicked | Browser script blocked by an aggressive ad-blocker or stale cached session. | Disable browser extensions for the domain, perform a hard refresh (Ctrl+F5 / Cmd+Shift+R), and click the ? icon again. |
| Cannot see support tickets submitted by other staff members | Tickets are scoped to tenant shop profiles. | Verify the staff member is linked to the primary shop tenant. All registered staff share ticket visibility under the shop account. |
| My Feature Request does not appear on the Community Roadmap | New feature submissions require moderation before public publication. | Proposals are reviewed by product managers within 24–48 hours to merge duplicates and format clean descriptions prior to public listing. |
| Queue position number has not changed | Engineers are actively working on complex tickets ahead in the triage queue. | Tickets are resolved in order of priority (urgent production outages first, general questions second). Live updates occur automatically. |
