The Print Life x Supacolor: Quoting & Selling DTF Just Got Faster and Simpler

We’re excited to announce that The Print Life shop management software has officially integrated with Supacolor!

Whether you’re running a high-volume screen printing facility, an embroidery house, or a hybrid print shop, one challenge has always been universal: how to handle small-run, high-color jobs without wrecking your production schedule or profit margins.

Today, quoting and managing direct-to-film (DTF) transfers through one of the print industry's leading transfer manufacturers is faster, simpler, and built directly into your daily workflow.

Why We Built the Supacolor Integration

Every shop owner knows the feeling of turning away a loyal customer who only needs 6 full-color shirts for an upcoming event, or spending 20 minutes jumping between email threads, supplier spreadsheets, and vendor websites just to figure out what to charge for a transfer job.

As printers ourselves, we know contract fulfillment and outside ordering have traditionally been a headache to manage. We partnered with Supacolor to eliminate that friction entirely.

With this new integration, dedicated screen printers and embroiderers can instantly quote Supacolor heat transfers on any job line item—allowing you to capture profitable 1-to-24 piece jobs effortlessly while keeping your automatic presses focused on big runs.

What You Can Do Today

1. Live Wholesale Pricing & Catalogs

Connect your Supacolor account with your Key ID and Secret in seconds. The Print Life software syncs Supacolor’s official product catalogs and wholesale pricing tiers directly into your shop dashboard—including SupaDTF, Supagang, Wearable, Blocker, Softshell, and Promotional transfers.

2. Instant, Accurate Price Matrices

Build custom pricing matrices based on Supacolor’s real-world wholesale price breaks. You define your shop's markups, and the system automatically calculates the correct pricing for every size and quantity tier.

3. Quote Transfers in Seconds

Add a transfer decoration to any quote with a single click. Select your Supacolor matrix, pick your format (single image or gang sheet), and The Print Life software handles the wholesale calculations, retail markup, and customer-facing breakdown instantly.

4. Built-in Heat Press Application Specs

Never guess press settings again. Every Supacolor transfer type automatically pulls manufacturer-accurate application data—including temperature, pressure ratings, cycle times, and peel instructions (Hot, Warm, or Cold)—straight onto your production tickets and print travelers.

What’s Coming Next

This early-access release is focused on putting accurate pricing and quoting at your fingertips. For now, you quote your jobs inside The Print Life software and place the final order through Supacolor's website.

As more shops plug in, our next phase will introduce direct, one-click purchase order dispatch and gang sheet file submission straight to Supacolor directly from your production schedule!

Manual screen print shop veteran who vlogged real shop floor life on YouTube, invented the first self-serve customer quote builder to eliminate the order bottleneck, and scaled a small shop to nearly $1 Million/year on two manual presses. After major workflow and press experimentation, we transitioned down to a single all-heads-down manual press with a 3-man crew—hitting production output numbers that rivaled industrial automatic presses.
